Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and IPTV Trends. Worth a read before you sign up — it's short and written in plain English.
This document sets out the terms ("Terms") that apply whenever you visit iptvetrends.online or use any part of the IPTV Trends streaming service. Signing up, starting the free trial, or paying for a plan means you've read these Terms, agree with them, and accept they form a contract between you and us.
1. Accepting These Terms
You accept this agreement the moment you register an account, kick off the 24-hour trial, or place an order for a paid plan. By doing any of those things you also agree to our Privacy Policy. If anything below doesn't sit right with you, don't sign up — using the service while disagreeing with these Terms isn't an option.
2. What the Service Is
IPTV Trends delivers a curated lineup of live channels and on-demand titles streamed over the public internet. It's a subscription product, sold in the following shapes:
- Quarterly, half-year, and annual plans paid up front in a single charge.
- Tiers covering 1, 2, or 3 simultaneous device connections.
- A one-off 24-hour free trial, available once per household.
The exact channel lineup, on-demand catalogue, and feature set depend on where you live, the licensing arrangements in force at the time, and the equipment you watch on. We may add, swap, or drop channels without prior warning when our content partners do the same.
3. Setting Up an Account
- A working email address is required so we can send you login details and renewal reminders.
- Keeping your username and password safe is on you. Anything that happens under your login is treated as having been done by you.
- One subscription is for one household. Don't hand your credentials to friends, family outside your home, or strangers on the internet.
- You need to be 18 or whatever the legal adult age is in your country before you can sign up.
4. Acceptable Use
The service is for normal personal viewing. You're free to:
- Watch on your own phones, TVs, tablets, and streaming sticks at home.
- Use as many simultaneous streams as your plan allows — no more.
5. Things That Are Off Limits
None of the following are allowed under any circumstances:
- Reselling, sub-licensing, or otherwise passing your access to anyone outside your household.
- Running bots, scrapers, or any automated tooling against our service.
- Trying to bypass geo-locks, DRM, or any other technical safeguard we have in place.
- Capturing, ripping, or rebroadcasting any stream we deliver.
- Using the service in a public venue, business, or any commercial setting unless we've signed something off in writing.
- Hammering our infrastructure in a way that affects other subscribers.
Breaking any of the rules above results in immediate suspension. No refund is owed when an account is closed for misuse.
6. Payment & Billing
- Prices are quoted in US dollars. Local taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout.
- Payments run through trusted third-party processors — currently Stripe, PayPal, and selected cryptocurrency gateways. Your card details never touch our servers.
- Plans are paid up front. There is no auto-renewal — when your term ends, access stops until you choose to renew.
- Closer to the end of your term we'll drop you a reminder so renewal isn't a surprise. If you don't renew, the service simply stops on the last day.
7. Cancelling
Because plans don't auto-renew, "cancelling" usually just means not buying again. If you'd rather close your account altogether — or you bought a recurring add-on you no longer want — message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form and we'll handle it. You keep access until the end of any time you've already paid for.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is spelled out in full on our Refund Policy page. The short version: a 24-hour money-back window covers brand-new first-time orders. Anything bought as a renewal or add-on is final.
9. Service Uptime
We aim for around 99.9% uptime over a given month, and most months we beat that. Even so, we can't guarantee a stream that never stutters. We're not responsible for downtime caused by any of these:
- Your home internet, your Wi-Fi, or your device acting up.
- Planned maintenance windows, or emergency fixes when something's burning.
- Force-majeure events — natural disasters, government action, large-scale outages outside our reach.
- Upstream channel providers losing their feed or pulling rights.
10. Intellectual Property
Every show, match, film, or news segment that comes through the service belongs to whichever broadcaster, studio, or rights holder owns it. IPTV Trends licenses the right to deliver that content; we don't own it. The website itself — design, code, copy, the IPTV Trends name and logo — is ours, and you don't get any rights to those by using the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law in your country allows, IPTV Trends will not be on the hook for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses linked to your use of the service. If something does go wrong and we end up legally responsible, the most we will ever owe you is the amount you paid for the current subscription term.
12. Indemnification
If a third party brings a claim against IPTV Trends because of how you used the service or because you broke these Terms, you agree to step in and cover us — that includes our staff and contractors — for any reasonable costs, damages, or legal fees we incur defending it.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under generally applicable international commercial law. If we ever disagree about something, the first stop is a good-faith chat to sort it out informally. If that doesn't work, the matter goes to binding arbitration rather than open court.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise this page from time to time as the service evolves or rules change. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use IPTV Trends after we publish an update means you're OK with the new wording — if not, stop using the service.
15. Get In Touch
Anything in here unclear, or want to raise a specific issue? Pop a message through our contact page and we'll get back to you.
