Refund Policy
Try the service first, pay only if it works for you, and walk away with a full refund inside the first day if it doesn't.
Here at IPTV Trends, we'd rather you know what you're paying for before any money leaves your account. This policy lays out exactly what's on offer before you subscribe and what happens if you change your mind right after you do.
1. The Free Trial
Every visitor can grab a 24-hour free trial with no credit card and nothing to cancel. You get the full lineup, the same picture quality, and the same device support people on paid plans get. After the day is up, the trial simply ends — we never charge you unless you choose to subscribe yourself.
Start yours from the free trial page whenever you're ready.
2. The 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
Bought a paid plan and decided it isn't for you? You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of the original payment, for any reason at all.
- Requests need to land with us inside that 24-hour window from the time of payment.
- The guarantee covers your first purchase only — it doesn't carry over to renewals or top-ups.
- Money goes back the same way it came in (same card, wallet, or payment method you used).
- Banks and processors usually take 3 to 7 working days to actually settle the refund on their end.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
Reach us through any of these and we'll handle it from there:
- WhatsApp: message the support line — usually the fastest route.
- Contact form: drop us a note from the contact page.
Include the email you signed up with and roughly when you paid so we can find the order quickly. We aim to action every refund request within 48 hours of receiving it.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions roll over automatically unless you tell us to stop them before the renewal date. Charges from a renewal aren't covered by the 24-hour guarantee, so cancelling at least a day in advance is the move if you're ready to step away. Stuck on the cancellation flow? Ping support and we'll do it for you.
5. When a Refund Won't Apply
There are a handful of cases where we can't issue a refund:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the original payment.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing the same login across multiple households or trying to bypass region rules.
- A chargeback or dispute has already been opened with your bank. If something feels off, please come to us first; chargebacks freeze the refund until the bank closes the case.
6. Trouble With the Stream
Buffering, a missing channel, a device that won't load — message support before you ask for a refund. Most of these are sorted in a few minutes once we see the error on our end. The team is on WhatsApp around the clock at our support line.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change takes effect from the day it goes live on this page, and anyone already subscribed keeps the terms that applied at the time of their original purchase.
